[BAS Newsletter] Bromley Art Society 2013 AGM and Demonstration Friday 3rd March at the Daylight Inn 7pm.

Dear Members,

This year, our Bromley Art Society AGM, will be held at 7pm at the 
Daylight Inn on 3rd March 2023. Following the AGM a live demonstration / 
talk will be provided for your entertainment. More details to follow.

Please come along and support us as we plan to encourage new members for 
2023 and beyond.

The committee members, including myself, will be standing again for 
re-election so need your vote of support. Of course you may wish to 
stand yourself if you are a BAS member.  If you do please just let us 
know within the next couple of weeks.  The committee especially needs 
your help as there are a few vacant roles. In particular we are always 
looking for help with events and exhibition organisation but we are also 
looking for assistance to build our media profile and improve our 
publicity. These are fantastic roles that can bring you close to other 
artists within the wider community. If are willing to help and want to 
know more or if you know of someone who you think may be able to help

always welcome to join and support our committee without portfolio just 
to see what we do.

Please find below our agenda for our AGM.  Attached are also the minutes 
of our last AGM 4th March 2022 and the proposed amendments to our 
constitution that we ask you to approve at the AGM.

The Treasurers report will follow shortly.
