[BAS Newsletter] July update and Art Matters Friday 26th July

Dear Member and colleagues,

Thank you all who responded to the Watercolour Workshop. We now have a 
full quota of eager people attending but hope to have a further workshop 
later in year if you missed out. Probably in September. I am very much 
looking forward to the workshop as I know Nishad has put together a 
great programme for you. I will be there as NIshad's assistant and 
runner setting things up etc.

Just a reminder that we take a break from meeting at the Daylight Inn 
during August but will return in September.

We have one final online "Art Matters" this Friday on the 26th July 
7-8pm before taking a break. The theme is "Summer" so your can either 
bring along your favourite image that typifies summer to you, of if you 
are feeling more adventurous, have a go at your own interpretation of 
this painting by Jan Matson and share it this Friday. Keep a note in 
your diary as the Zoom link will be sent out nearer the time.

If I don't see you before have a great August and see you back in September.
