The Glades

Please find attached more detailed instructions about the exhibition at the Glades and a handing in form. This is a great opportunity to exhibit your work in a central Bromley location and we would really encourage everyone to take part. 

The Exhibition will open on 10th July so leaves us very little time to prepared. Thanks to everyone who has already let us know that they are interested your replies have enabled our planning. The slot that commences 10 July is currently the one with the most space, so if you are able to join that one that would help. If you ave any questions please ask as a) we want to make sure as many of you as possible take part and b) if you have the question others will have it too and c

If you need to contact us please use the bromleyartsocietyevents at gmail.com cc’d above for hte fastest resoponse. We will shortly start to use this email address to communicate with those who are taking part. 

The Warren

If you are taking part we will send out final emails next week.  We are still outstanding a payment or two and a gentle reminder that today is the deadline for the list of works that you wish to hang on the screens (if you are bringing unframed work the list can be delivered on the day, 

Even if you aren’t taking part please come and join us next Sunday - it is a lovely venue and should be a good day.
