[BAS Newsletter] Reminder: Paxton Centre Exhibtion

Hi All 

A reminder that I was hoping to get a full picture of who wanted to take part in the exhibition at  The Paxton Centre today. To allow anyone else who wants to take part the option I have extended the deadline til Sunday. After that I will offer the ability to hang a second picture to those who have already applied if we have space and new applications will be stopped..

I have deliberately not resent the email as some people have reported it going to Spam folders. 

You can find details in the email from Paul Stringfellow - with a subject of "Urgent- Next Exhibition Opportunity - please respond by Friday 15th September” On Monday 11 September, and if you were an exhibitor in the Glades you would have received an email from the bromleyartsocietyevents gmail a couple of days earlier.  

An update from the information sent earlier

There is the opportunity to sell cards (numbers to be confirmed) but all cards are to be priced at £3 and 50% commission will be taken
We do have the ability to bring unframed works, space is limited but if you are interested please mark this on your application
There is the opportunity to exhibit three dimensional objects in the glass cabinets in the cafe. 
I deliberately recreated the handing in form as an open access form to avoid the problems some people seemed to be having problems updating the word document. I have since had emails that some people can’t update that. Saving the document on your own pc may help, or  looking for a button that asks if you want to edit it (every software does it differently)  but if none of the above works then please put the information requested in an email. Please don’t print it out and send us a photo of the form as this creates more work for us.  
If you haven't quite decided/completed the work that you will be exhbited a description of what it is going to be will suffice for now rather than not take part - but needs to be updated as soon as possible. 
We need some images of works to be put on show this weekend so that The Paxton Centre can use this for their publicity and for us to use for ours - please email this to the bromleyartsocietyevents email in the form.
We are very limited in time due to other commitments of the organisers/helpers so if you can help with spreadsheets or social media the request for help still stands.
