I hope to see many of you tomorrow at our final meeting of the year, 
which will be a Christmas Quiz.

This year, Deborah is the Queen of the quiz, putting the mirth in myrrh, 
the magic in magi and ... well enough of that before someone suggests I

Our friends at "The Arts Society Bromley" invite you to ...

Following their last lecture "The London Underground as an Art Gallery" 
which several members thought OUTSTANDING, The Arts Society Bromley's 
December lecture is GOLD!   The lecturer will explainsomething of its 
unique physical properties and look at the myriad different uses it has 
been put to, from  coins, status-enhancing plate, jewels and paintings.

So on Monday 6th December come along to Ravensbourne School, Hayes Lane 
at 7.15 and enjoy a glass of wine and mince pie.   Your first lecture is 
a Taster Session and is FREE

If you are still confused about the two, BAS "was formed in 1947 to 
bring together local artists" ie people doing and making.

TASB is part of The Arts Society which "is the operating name of the 
National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies (NADFAS)." 
founded in 1965. I think of it as art appreciation.

Naturally we have interests in common, but we are mainly complementary.
