    <p>Dear members and friends,</p>

    <p>As the Winter weather approaches Tomorrow is our annual Christmas

      get together at the Daylight Inn. With the kind help of some of

      our members we have laid on some "arty" collaborative Christmas

      entertainment, prizes and a buffet for you.</p>

    <p>Doors will open at 7pm and the entertainment starts around

      7:30pm.  As mentioned previously we ask that members each pay

      £5.00 on the door to help cover the cost of the buffet, materials

      and prizes. Guests are again welcome for £6.00 each at the door.</p>

    <p>May I ask that you bring the correct money please. This will be

      collected by Mary when you are all settled at your tables.</p>

    <p>The entertainment with finish around 8:30pm when the buffet will

      be open for you to mingle and socialise. The buffet will consist

      of sandwiches, traditional snack and sweet treats but you will

      need to purchase you drinks from the bar please. It will help if

      you have purchased your drinks before the entertainment commences

      to minimise trips to the bar during the entertainment. The evening

      will finish around 9:30pm.</p>

    <p>This will be the last face to face meeting we will have until

      April next year so please come along if you can and join everyone

      in the seasonal festivity.</p>

    <p>Looking forward to seeing you but if you are unable to make it

      the committee and I wish you a very Happy Christmas and New Year.
