September at 7pm - on Zoom as usual
The topic this time is Crazy
Portraits - one to let you imagination run riot! An unusual
angle?
Seen in a reflection? Using some of the methods people have
experimented with in previous weeks - collage? Using text? Can
you do
a portrait without including a face… The choice is yours.
Zoom
details will be sent nearer the time.
If there is anyone
who has been involved in the last few Art Matters meetings who
would
like me to post their work to the website then please do send
them to
me there has been some great work shown.<font

a couple of dates for the plein air painters/urban sketchers
among
us: You are invited to meet up on he following times:
Sunday 12th
September, Blackheath Greenwich - I propose another 11am
start
time and a meeting point in the park, around the cafe near the
Observatory/General Wolfe Statue. Again reconvening around 1pm
to
share works. Sunday chosen due to a wider variety of free
parking on
the heath - or at least there was last time I drove up there.
As
before they aren’t organised as such so come/go early/late,
get
distracted - the choice is yours. The weather on Friday looks
good but if the weather is rubbish on the next date then I
probably
won’t be there either.
Have a good weekend and hope to
see you at one of the meetings soon
