This is a one day exhibition with set up and take down on<br class="">the day. All work should be 2 dimensional and for sale. We are<br class="">considering whether to expand the exhibition to include 3 dimensional<br class="">work/craft so long as it is of a floral nature – if you would like to be<br class="">considered for this please contact us ASAP. We would welcome help with<br class="">stewarding and the set up and take-down but we are not planning for this<br class="">to be a requirement for entry.<br class=""><br class="">There will be a charge to cover the cost of mounting the exhibition. <br class="">This will be around £10-15 per screen and £3-5 per picture. Commission<br class="">of 10% will be taken on sales and will go to support projects in the<br class="">park. You will have the opportunity to request more than one screen or<br class="">to exhibit individual works. Screens have 1m wide by 1.5m high hanging<br class="">space.<br class=""><br class="">Entry will be subject to selection based on subject matter. To move to<br class="">the next stage Artists should submit at least two images of floral work<br class="">they plan to exhibit or of equivalent examples if work is in progress.<br class="">This should be sent to bppflowershowart@gmail.com by Friday 24 May –<br class="">earlier if possible. Images can be digital files or links to websites<br class="">etc. as preferred.<br class=""><br class="">An early indication of your intention to take part would be very much<br class="">appreciated. If you have already responded there is no need to reply<br class="">again. Please also indicate if you are planning to request a screen or<br class="">to submit individual works. <br class=""><br class="">The Organisers will contact successful candidates once work has been<br class="">reviewed or at the latest by the Sunday 2 June provided work is<br class="">submitted before 24 May. If you<br class="">are unable to make the times please make arrangements with<br class="">family/friends to do this on your behalf. Also please be aware that due<br class="">to works going on in the park a) there will be no parking on-site –<br class="">access will be to drop off or collect work only b) the event itself will<br class="">only allow parking within the park to blue badge holders c) the<br class="">arrangements are as we understand them at the moment but may be subject<br class="">to alteration nearer to the time.
