[BAS Newsletter] Bromley Art Society Membership renewal for 2023.

*Dear Members,*

Membership renewal is due in January 2023 please. Despite the increased 
cost of venue hire and demonstrators etc I am very please to announce, 
that for those that are feeling it a little bit tough financially, we 
have frozen the membership fee at £35.00 again this year. We would 
however appreciate a small donation of an additional £5 or more if you 
can afford it.

We have taken this decision because we value your membership and 
fantastic support you have given to Bromley Art Society over the past 
couple of years through the Covid epidemic. We had expected a fall in 
membership as a consequence of Covid but , with your support and a few 
innovations we have managed to sustain membership. So a very big thank 
you from myself and your committee.

We will be asking for your vote to endorse a few changes to our 
constitution at our AGM in March at the Daylight Inn next year to bring 
the society up to date with today's circumstances.

One thing Covid has taught us is that we must continue to innovate and 
adapt to changing circumstances. To accommodate a wide range of members 
interests we plan to make the best of what we have learnt and make a few 
improvements to adapt to members interests.  2023 promises to be an 
exciting year so please watch this space.

In the meantime during the cold weather we will hold a special online 
Art Matters in January and host an online demo in February. Thereafter 
we will return to live sessions at the Daylight Inn combined with 
monthly online Art Matters. We are also actively looking at revamping 
our exhibitions to make them more appealing to members and possibly join 
alongside other events and cooperate with other societies.

*So this is how you can renew you membership please.*

*Subscriptions are due on 1st January each year at a minimum of £35 
(please if you can add a £5.00 or more donation to help us with 
increased cost)*

Concession for full time students under 23 £20.

transfer or cheque giving your contact details please. However all 
members will still receive an email confirmation of your membership at a 
later date.

Or if you participate in our Wednesday Sessions at Ripley Art Center you 
may pay by card or cash.
