Hi All 

Hope you are well. Please find below the results of voting for favourite competition entries. 

Joint 1st Caroline Ross and Paul Stringfellow
2nd place Deborah Masters (sorry!) 
3rd place Elena Howard. 

Congratulations to the 4 winners,  votes were very very close. And a  special mention to the runners up - Colin Barnett and Glenys Crane.  We will feature these works on the front page of the website and some social media publicity for the next month or so and we will leave the exhibition page up for the foreseeable future.  Look out for the next challenge coming soon. 

We had a number of positive email comments including: “ I thought they were all  excellent”, “Many excellent and accomplished pictures made choosing very difficult”. Some also added comments in the website. NB if you would like to do this yourself in future there is a box under each image. These comments, which will be visible to anyone looking at the website, need to be approved so they won’t appear immediately, but the option is there. Of course if you do have works in the exhibition you could go and take a look to see if there has been any comments.

The numbers: Voters ranked their three favourite works in order of preference, with 3 being assigned to 1st place, 2 to 2nd etc. I am pleased to say that everyone got at least one vote. 17 people entered a work and 30 people voted.
