> Having researched many online exhibitions one factor dictates the professionalism of the show. The quality of the images provided. All images should be sharp, well  lit up and  immaculately cropped.  We would like to include and showcase  as many of our talented  member’s works  as possible in this new venture. Unfortunately we won’t be able to edit any problematic images and for this reason I have included the information below about the file size and type along with links to the RA video tutorial and pdf guide on How to photograph your work.

> Image file names :  should not be too long and should not contain any invalid characters such as ' " & % * ( ) < > / \ ~ # + = You can have  your name-title-medium- size and  price separated with a Dash or underscore as long as the title and your name are not too long

> Please Note :  Upload time will depend on your internet connection speed so please be patient.  If you are having problems uploading your images, please use an  image editing software to resize your image to approximately 1600 pixels wide and then save as a new file.
