Our "Friday" event for June is not the First Friday as it usually is,
but this coming Friday, 14th June, at Ripley. Our demonstration will
start promptly at 8pm, but as usual we encourage you to come at 7.30pm
and chat to fellow members. Please bring your sketchbooks or works in
progress if you wish.
Our demonstrator will be Anthony Neild, who has kindly swapped dates to
help us overcome a double booking of the room. Anthony will be showing
"Cottages in Watercolour". His website shows Watercolours and pen and
ink drawings. He's a "Kentish Man" but his website shows pictures from
much of the home counties plus Bermuda. He claims to have more patience
when using pen and ink than watercolour, so I look forward to a very
impatient demonstration.
