[Newsletter] Renewal form and account details for BACS

Several of you have written to ask me why you cannot open the 
attachment, expecting it to be the renewal form.

It's not a real attachment, it is a digital signature to prove the email 
comes from me if you have the software installed to check it. Useful for 
me at work, but I forget to turn it off sometimes. Sorry for any 
confusion. You can ignore any attachment that includes SMIME.p7s  in the 
filename. I suspect it's use will become routine soon because of all the 
spam. I hope I have removed it from this email.
