Dear Member

I hope you are enjoying the summer sunshine.

We are holding our Annual Fun Day on 24th August 2019 12.30 to 5pm,
which is our main fund raising event to go towards the maintenance and
upkeep of our Ripley Arts Centre for the use and benefit of the community.

We would love to see you on the day and are very keen to seek support
from anyone who would be able to spare a couple of hours to volunteer -
we are looking for people to help man stalls, run the BBQ or help on the
door.  As ever, we would be extremely grateful of any homemade cakes for
our stall.

Any help you wish to give will ensure the success of the event and it
will be most sincerely appreciated.

If you would like to take part on the Fun Day do call the office or email.
